    Lounge Ratings

    Comfort & Ambiance6.8

This approximately 300-square-meter lounge has distinct seating zones and large apron-facing windows, with a stated capacity of 70. Outlets can be hard to reach away from window seats.

    Food & Beverage6.1

The certified halal buffet has featured chicken curry, rice, falafel, vegetables, fruit and desserts, with no pork or alcohol. Hot dishes can be served at inconsistent temperatures, limiting the food score despite the variety.

    Amenities & Facilities6.3

Separate men's and women's prayer rooms, Wi-Fi, computer workstations and a printer make this useful for specific needs. The restrooms are small and there are no showers.

    Cleanliness6.7

Table clearing and restrooms were clean on documented visits, though the evidence is too limited to establish consistent maintenance.

    Editorial Review

Jasmine Halal Lounge serves international passengers in Terminal 2 near Gate 17. Eligible Priority Pass members and paying guests can use the lounge, which operates around the clock; membership stays can have a shorter time limit. Check-in is at the upper entrance, followed by stairs or a lift down to the main room.

At roughly 300 square meters and a stated capacity of 70 guests, the space is divided between seating, dining, work and prayer areas. Tall windows face the aircraft apron, and groups can use clusters of chairs while solo passengers have smaller tables. Charging is less convenient at seats away from the windows, so passengers who need power should check the outlet position before settling in.

The buffet is certified halal and does not serve pork or alcohol. The selection can include chicken curry, basmati rice, falafel, vegetable dishes, salads, fruit and cakes. Coffee, tea, juice and soft drinks accompany the food. Selection is broader than a snack-only lounge, but hot dishes are not always served at an adequate temperature.

Separate prayer rooms for men and women are the defining amenity. Computers, a printer, Wi-Fi, flight displays and small in-lounge restrooms cover other needs; there are no showers. Table clearing and restrooms were well maintained on documented visits, while food quality is less consistent. Jasmine is most useful for travelers who require certified halal food and a dedicated place to pray, or who prefer an alcohol-free waiting area before an international flight.
