Culinary offerings are a highlight for many, featuring Cathay Pacific's renowned Noodle Bar for made-to-order dishes, complemented by a substantial buffet of hot and cold Asian and Western selections. While the quality of the noodle bar has received mixed reviews at times, it remains a popular feature. A self-serve bar offers a selection of spirits, wines, and beers, alongside non-alcoholic options and an espresso machine. Amenities meet the needs of international travelers, with well-maintained and spacious shower suites available upon request. A dedicated business center with computers and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi ensures productivity, and luggage storage is also provided. The lounge consistently receives praise for its cleanliness. Access is primarily for Cathay Pacific First and Business Class passengers, as well as Oneworld Sapphire and Emerald members departing on international flights from SFO. Recent policy changes indicate that access is now strictly for those on international itineraries, even for elite status holders, meaning domestic connections may no longer qualify. While not a 'world-class' facility like some of Cathay Pacific's flagship lounges, the SFO location serves its purpose effectively as a 'good' tier lounge, providing a comfortable and well-appointed space before an international journey.
