The Plaza Premium Lounge at Frankfurt Airport (FRA) Terminal 2, Concourse D, is currently closed and has been non-operational since March 2023. As such, it does not offer services to travelers at this time.
Despite its previous opening in June 2022 as Plaza Premium Group's first location in Germany, serving non-Schengen passengers in Terminal 2, near Gate D8, the lounge ceased operations within a year of its inauguration. When it was operational, the lounge was described as well-lighted, efficient, and clean, with a capacity for approximately 107 guests. It reportedly offered both Chinese and Western food options, a full-service bar, and facilities such as showers with toiletries and workstations. Access was available through pay-per-entry, with a pre-booking price of EUR 36 for a three-hour stay, or complimentary for eligible American Express Platinum cardholders. It was not part of the Priority Pass network. Due to its indefinite closure, this lounge cannot provide any services or amenities to current travelers.
