    Lounge Ratings

    Comfort & Ambiance6.8

A compact, functional third-floor lounge with varied chairs, small work surfaces and runway-facing daylight. It is best suited to a short pre-flight stop; busy periods can reduce the sense of space and quiet.

    Food & Beverage6.2

The included self-service spread centers on light snacks, soup and a modest hot selection that varies through the day. Complimentary beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks and coffee cover the basics, but dining is not a reason to arrive early.

    Amenities & Facilities5.8

Wi-Fi, charging points, work areas and accessible facilities support routine airport use. There are no showers, sleeping rooms, spa services or dedicated family facilities, so the practical offer is limited beyond seating, food and drinks.

    Cleanliness7.2

The maintained interiors, buffet area and restrooms are generally presented as orderly. Traffic at meal periods can affect table turnover, but there is no strong evidence of persistent maintenance problems.

    Editorial Review

United Club is on the third floor of Terminal B, opposite gate B24, reached by elevator after security. It is a practical option for United passengers who want a quieter place to sit, work or take refreshments before a flight. The room is relatively compact, with a mix of lounge seating, tables and work-oriented spots; daylight and apron views help it feel less enclosed than its footprint suggests. Space and noise can be less favorable around banked departures, so it is better for a brief visit than an extended layover.

The complimentary offer is conventional for a domestic airline lounge: light snacks, soup, limited hot items at selected times, coffee, soft drinks and a standard self-serve alcoholic selection. The food is adequate for a snack or light meal, not a substitute for a substantial dining plan. Wi-Fi, power and workspace are the main functional strengths. No showers or rest facilities are available.

Access is primarily for United Club members, eligible premium-cabin and Star Alliance passengers, and qualifying one-time-pass holders subject to capacity controls. Entry rules and operating hours can change, so travelers should confirm eligibility before arriving. Overall, this is a solid, clean, serviceable lounge whose value depends most on access and terminal convenience.
