    Lounge Ratings

    Comfort & Ambiance7.5

Window-side seating, booths and separate dining areas offer variety and daylight. Busy periods bring limited seat choice and entry waits.

    Food & Beverage8.2

Individually portioned buffet dishes and made-to-order small plates provide a broader meal selection than a basic airline lounge. The bar and taproom add cocktails, wine and local beers.

    Amenities & Facilities8.3

Bookable showers, private rest pods and massage chairs support longer waits. Family and nursing rooms complement Wi-Fi and digital food ordering.

    Cleanliness7.5

Food-service hygiene is satisfactory. Evidence is less comprehensive for the ongoing condition of individual shower rooms and restrooms.

    Editorial Review

The Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club is a credit-card lounge operated with Airport Dimensions at Boston Logan, in the Terminal B–C connector near gate B40. Eligible Chase cardmembers can enter with qualifying credentials and a departing boarding pass; Sapphire Preferred alone does not include complimentary admission. Terminals B, C and E are connected beyond security.

The approximately 11,640-square-foot lounge combines dining tables, booths, lounge chairs and smaller seating nooks. Windows provide daylight and aircraft views, while the central bar and separate taproom create distinct places to sit. Capacity remains a practical constraint: entry waitlists and crowded dining tables can interrupt an otherwise useful preflight stop. Travelers departing from distant gates should allow for the walk as well as a possible admission wait.

Food includes individually portioned buffet dishes and made-to-order items requested through a digital ordering system. Seasonal menus include dishes from Sarma, with vegetable-focused options alongside other small plates. Cocktails, wine, local beers and coffee round out the selection. The combination is better suited to a meal than a lounge offering only packaged snacks, although menu items change.

Bookable showers, private rest pods and anti-gravity massage chairs extend the facilities beyond food and seating. A family room and nursing room serve travelers with children, and Wi-Fi supports basic work. The lounge best suits eligible passengers with time for a meal or shower; it is less dependable as a guaranteed quiet workspace during busy departure periods.
