    Amenities & Facilities6.7

Wi-Fi, power outlets, curtained work booths, arcade games and a photo booth support both work and short visits. Showers are not available.

All-gender restrooms are available. The lounge has a short operating history, so sustained maintenance quality is not yet established.

    Editorial Review

JetBlue’s BlueHouse Boston is an airline-operated lounge in Logan Airport’s Terminal C, across from Gate C25. Entry is available to eligible Mint travelers, Mosaic 4 members and JetBlue Premier cardmembers with a qualifying same-day boarding pass. Some other Mosaic members and JetBlue cardholders can buy a pass when space permits; this is not a general walk-in lounge. The stated hours are 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

The 12,000-square-foot interior is divided among a central bar, dining areas, a library-style workspace and a sports-themed game area. Seating ranges from dining tables and bar stools to upholstered chairs and semi-private work booths. The lounge has little outside light and no runway outlook, though the separate zones give travelers a choice between conversation and quieter work. The work area includes five curtained booths, while outlets and Wi-Fi support laptop sessions.

An onsite kitchen supplies rotating hot buffet dishes and small plates rather than a full-service restaurant. Examples served include cod sandwiches, meatballs and breakfast sandwiches; selections change through the day. The bar offers cocktails and New England craft beer, while a separate coffee counter serves espresso drinks. Pastries and grab-and-go snacks are also available for a quicker stop.

There are all-gender restrooms, a photo booth and arcade games, but no showers. Travelers seeking a substantial meal, a drink or a work seat before a JetBlue departure have several distinct areas to use. Those needing a shower or a quiet room away from the central activity should plan around those limitations.
