Warm, contemporary zones offer dining tables, armchairs, work seating and runway-facing light, though the compact main room can be busy before departures.

    Food & Beverage8.0

A buffet and staffed cooking station provide Asian and Western dishes, supported by salads, desserts, a staffed bar and barista-prepared coffee.

    Amenities & Facilities7.5

Shower suites, Wi-Fi and power-equipped work seating are confirmed. No sleeping rooms, spa, meeting rooms or dedicated family facility are confirmed.

    Cleanliness8.0

The 2024 rebuild presents a fresh, well-kept interior. Peak departure periods may require more frequent tidying and reduce the sense of space.

    Editorial Review

Singapore Airlines’ SilverKris Lounge is airside in Perth Airport Terminal 1, opposite Gate 52. Rebuilt into a larger former airline-lounge footprint and opened in 2024, it is a material upgrade over the previous facility. The design uses warm timber, stone-look surfaces and Singapore Airlines’ familiar batik details, with separate dining, bar, work and relaxation seating rather than one undifferentiated room. Windows provide runway-facing natural light, although the lounge is scheduled around Singapore Airlines departures and may be unavailable outside its operating periods.

Food is a strength for a regional outstation: a buffet is complemented by a staffed cooking station, with Asian and Western dishes, salads and desserts. A staffed bar, barista-prepared coffee and self-service drinks broaden the choice. Menus and service can vary by departure bank, so a particular dish or bar offering should not be assumed.

Facilities include shower suites, Wi-Fi, power-equipped work seating and a mix of dining tables, armchairs and quieter booths. There are no confirmed sleeping rooms, spa services or dedicated family facilities. The compact scale means it is most useful for a pre-flight meal or productive wait rather than a long layover, and the main room can feel busy before departures. Access is intended for eligible Singapore Airlines premium-cabin customers and qualifying frequent flyers, including eligible Star Alliance travellers; travellers should confirm their flight-specific entitlement before arrival.

The refreshed fit-out, thoughtful seating variety, reliably stronger food and drink provision, and showers place this above a basic business-class lounge. It remains short of a destination lounge because capacity and specialist wellness or rest facilities are limited.
